Here at Owl Employment, we are pleased to offer affordable legal support and accept employee cases on a no win no fee basis if their case has reasonable prospects of success. The No Win No Fee agreement covers the time preparation taken in producing the ET 1 claim, responding to the ET 3, raising questions and seeking information, dealing with document disclosure, preparing the bundle, all case management orders provided by the Tribunal, witness evidence, chronologies, cast lists, skeleton arguments and preparations for the final hearing. We provide a no obligation short consultation as part of our assessment support services.

*A fee may become payable if a claim is not pursued at your request if this occurs outside of the 14-day cooling off period. A fee may also be payable if Owl Employment has to terminate the agreement in the event of a breach by you of the agreement. Any fees charged will be limited to a reasonable sum to reflect the work undertaken by Owl Employment in pursuit of your claim.
